Asset:

 

Your money will be invested into wind projects in Northern Ireland and will be audited annually and will have an independent board member to represent bond holders' interests.

Income:

 

You begin to accrue interest from day 1. Payment is made semi-annually, the first of which will be paid on the next payment date which is the date nearest your investment date (i.e. either the 2nd January or 2nd July). The first payment is on a pro-rata basis.

 

There are 2 terms available:

  1. 5 Year Term - 9% p.a.
  2. 10 Year Term -10% p.a.

All payments are made gross of tax and there are no additional charges to be paid for management.

 

Exit:

 

The investment will continue with semi-annual payments until maturity or year 5 (when the bondholder can elect for amortisation/repayment of capital) or 10 when the bond matures. 

This is a medium to long term investment and is not suitable for investors who may need access to the full amount of their investment within the investment time horizon.

Wind Turbine Selection

As with all wind energy projects the most important component is the Wind Turbines. All turbines we use are new, manufactured in the UK and all come with a 5 year manufacturer's warranty which is extended to 10 years as part of the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Contract.
