10% interest with deferred repayment until the end of a 12-month term and a 2% cashback bonus on investments over £25,000.


The loan will be repaid at the end of the 12-month term. The borrower intends to market the apartments off-plan to local residents, but has been preapproved for a remortgage and will let the properties out on a buy-to-let basis should the sales take time.
